# End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User”) and Rare Brasserie & Bar (“Rare”) for the use of our integration with QuickBooks Online (“the Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

## 1. Grant of License

Rare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

## 2. Restrictions

You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

- Resell or sublicense the Service without express written consent.

## 3. Data Use

Your use of the Service may involve data transfer between your QuickBooks Online account and your internal systems. Rare does not store, modify, or share this data with third parties.

## 4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Rare is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Service.

## 5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rare be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

## 6. Termination

Rare may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service.
