Thanksgiving at RARE is an invitation into something a little indulgent and a little intimate. A night shaped by deep flavours, glowing light, and a holiday menu created to bring people together around a table that feels generous and full.

The celebration opens with maple glazed butternut squash soup finished with toasted hazelnut. For the main course, guests can enjoy a choice of turkey roulade with herb stuffing or a plant based Wellington wrapped in golden pastry with slow cooked onion gravy. The sides are comfort at its finest, including duck fat potato nuggets, soy caramel brussels sprouts, parsnips with pickled currants, sourdough stuffing, and our rich umami gravy. Dessert brings everything home with warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream.
